This is my favorite recipe. These Buffalo Mussels will knock your socks off. Be sure to find fresh mussels. You can use any hot sauce, I prefer Texas Pete®
• Mussels (2 pounds)
• Butter (half-stick per pound)
• Texas Pete - half bottle or more
• Blue Cheese Crumbles (4 oz tub)
• Fresh Parsley (chopped)
• Loaf of Italian bread
Use large saute pan, Cook in 2 batches
Melt the butter, add Texas Pete Hot Sauce
Saute a batch of mussels on med-high, cover
Add half the blue cheese crumbles, cover
Add half the chopped parsley, cover
